Each workout includes:
5 minutes of warm-up
5-10 minutes of explaination and demonstration on the workout of the day
40 minutes of non-stop workout time
10 minutes of Yoga/Stretching
What to expect in each workout:
Each Fitness Areté workout is designed to help you achieve your goals while providing motivational guidance at the same time. The highly-varied workouts include cardio, resistance training, yoga, athletic drills, and core exercises to stretch, tone and strengthen your muscles and increase your cardio fitness.
Fitness Areté incorporates short distance running/walking, weight training, rope jumping, obstacle courses, team challenges, agility and power drills, partner drills and yoga. During each session, we'll teach you about proper form and core stability. Fitness Areté workouts focus on functional fitness designed to increase your flexibility, strength, power, agility and overall well-being.
